Warren County Humane Society

The Warren County Humane Society is dedicated to helping animals, and finding them a responsible and loving home when they have no place to go. They are there for the animals that have been abandoned, and they are there for the owner's that have to find homes for their pets because of unforeseen circumstances.  If you are looking for a pet or companion, check with your local humane society or animal shelter.  Give these animals a chance for life, and they will give you a lifetime of love and commitment.

With each adoption, all vaccinations are current, and the animals have or will be spayed or neutered at no other cost to the new owner.  If the new pet is under 16 weeks old, the rabies will be included when due.  All booster shots (DA2P-PL and CoronaVirus)  will be paid by the new owner.
With each adoption, an agreement is made to ensure that the animals are neutered to help prevent the overpopulation of unwanted animals.  Neutering  is something that must be done! You will also have a 7 day trial period, in which you can return the animal for a full refund.

Lost  Pet?

To help in bringing your pet home, make sure they have a break-able type collar that has tags with names and phone numbers on it.   Another good idea is micro-chipping, which your veterinarian will be able to discuss with you.  Almost all shelters are scanning animals when they come in, and this will help bring a lost pet home.
When losing a pet contact your local police immediately with details.  Call local radio stations, contact newspapers, and place postings around town.  Don't forget to contact your shelters, and leave information for them in case your pet is found and brought to them.

"Tom" is a very friendly approximately 2 year old neutered male.  He came in from the pound and has had vaccinations, worming and is ear mite free.  He also tested negative for Feline Leukemia/F.I.V.  Very talkative and loving, "Tom" will answer any questions that you may have :)

KITTENS!  We have 4 kittens that are available for adoption.   Two of them are 7 weeks old, and the other two are 4 weeks.   Three of them are males, with one female.  All cuddly and lovable, you should definitely look at these sweet ones!

Meet "Tess" a beautiful tuxedo shorthair.  She has been spayed, shots are current and tested Felv/F.I.P. negative.  Very friendly and outgoing, this girl is always looking for fun and adventure, but still loves curl up in your lap.  She's just begging for a chance say hello!

"Bear"  is a happy one and you will be sure to have a great time with him.  He is a neutered male, approximately 1 year old, and is very playful.  He's a guy that doesn't do well with other dogs, but adores people.  Come in and meet this one, and his beautiful eyes will win you over!

"Nick" is a medium sized lab mix, who loves people and is very outgoing.  He is a neutered male and all shots are current.  "Nick" loves to play and if you devote your time to him, he will give you a lifetime of love. ADOPTED!

"Brittany" is a spayed female, who has been de-clawed on all four.  She knows what and whom she likes and will certainly let you know it.  One of her dislikes are other animals, so she would be happier in a one-pet home.  "Brittany" is a hugger and will show you lots of love.  Give this girl a chance! ADOPTED!
